Premium Brands Holdings Corporation, a leading producer, marketer and distributor of branded specialty food products, announced today the commissioning of a new seafood processing facility in Richmond, BC. The new facility will operate under the C2C Premium Seafood brand name. The Company also announced today the purchase of certain segments of the business of Harbour Marine Products Inc., namely its salmon and high grade tuna sushi processing businesses, for $1.35 million. Harbour Marine is a Vancouver based seafood processor currently in receivership.
