Michigan's First Grade A Goat Creamery Wins Business Competition

LUDINGTON, MI – Scottville's KandyLand Dairy – Michigan's first and only Grade A-licensed goat creamery – claimed the $50,000 prize in the Momentum Business Plan Competition.

Kandy Potter pitched her business plan in the shark tank-style competition finale along with four other Mason County business owners on Friday, Sept. 23, at West Shore Community College's Center Stage Theater. 

"It's awesome and overwhelming," Potter said of winning the contest. "We're going to make this business into something great, and everyone in Mason County will benefit."
