FOND DU LAC – Saputo Cheese USA Inc. will close the doors of its factory on Scott Street in Fond du Lac no later than June 1, state officials have confirmed.
The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, partnering with the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, will offer "rapid response" services to the about 120 affected employees.
Services might include pre-layoff workshops on a variety of topics, such as resume writing and interviewing, job search strategies and budgeting; provision of information about programs and resources through written materials and information sessions; and career and resource fairs, according to the department.
