Since the start of the project, Tillamook has achieved impressive results including a 25 point increase in forecast accuracy, up to 99 percent fill rate and up to a 75 percent decrease in finished goods inventory for cheeses. In addition, the team is better able to turn multiple sources of information into actionable insights that drive the company’s sales and planning activities.
