KEWAUNEE — An ESPN crew chronicling the manufacture of foam Cheeseheads in Wisconsin and capturing the flavor of America's Dairyland, dropped in last week on a Kewaunee County farm and cheese shop.
ESPN was at Pagel's Ponderosa Dairy for an ESPN.com segment as part of its Sunday Super Bowl XLV coverage.
Pagel's Ponderosa Dairy owner John Pagel said it was expected to air between noon and 5 p.m.
"They kind of knew what they were going to see because they had looked at my website, but when they got here and actually saw the rotary (milking) parlor working … they were blown away," Pagel said.
