New York, NY – More than 40 specialty food manufacturer, importer and retail members of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, Inc., will be showing 1,000-plus specialty food products at Chicago Gourmet, which takes place September 25 – 26, 2010, in Millennium Park. In addition, the foodspring.com Pavilion will feature an area where consumers can see and taste 21 sofi gold winners, and vote for their favorite at foodspring.com.

The sofi Tasting pavilion will feature 21 gold winners from the 2010 sofi competition. The sofi (specialty outstanding food innovation) winners were chosen from 2,257 entries. Consumers will be able to taste the best of the best, and vote for their favorite at foodspring.com.
