Arthur Schuman To Feature Cello Riserva Italian & Italian-Style Cheeses At Fancy Food Show

Fairfield, NJ – Today, Arthur Schuman Inc. (Fairfield, NJ) announces that the Company will feature their emerging Cello Riserva line of premium Italian and Italian-style cheeses at the Fancy Food Show Booth 4004-4010 in Washington, DC this weekend.

Cello Riserva, the newer of the Company’s two flagship brands, including the Cello® brand, features authentic, award winning Italian and Italian-style cheeses, many of which are produced at Arthur Schuman’s Lake Country Dairy facility, the preeminent hard cheese producer in the Unites States. The line offers Artisan Parmesan, Copper Kettle Parmesan, Hand Crafted Asiago, Traditional Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano and Pecorino Romano in random and exact weight wedges and bags as well as in shredded, shaved, and grated cups.

Cello Riserva showcases award-winning cheeses including Copper Kettle Parmesan, which placed third in the Parmesan Class at the 2012 World Championship Cheese contest, sponsored by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. In its introductory year, the distinguished cheese also captured bronze at the 2011 World Cheese Awards, while also placing third in Grating Types at the 2011 American Cheese Society competition.

Cello Riserva will be supported by the launch of Arthur Schuman’s first consumer targeted website, www.cellocheese.com, which will make its debut on Monday, June 18th. The site will engage consumers with recipes and pairings as well as ways to share their experiences with both Cello and Cello Riserva products through the brand’s Facebook presence.
