Boar's Head Meats, a premium delicatessen meat processing company, announced Wednesday that the company will build a 150,000-square foot plant in New Castle at County Road 400 South and Indiana 3.
The project includes an initial investment of $80 million and will create at least 200 jobs by 2018, Economic Development Corporation President Corey Murphy announced Wednesday.
Boar's Head recently arranged to prepare 64.7 acres of land at New Castle's Industrial Park across from TS Tech for construction.
