Deadline Approaching – Submit Your ACS Conference Presentations Ideas By September 22

There's still time to play a role in shaping the program for Cheese with Altitude, the 2017 American Cheese Society Conference in Denver, Colorado! This leading American cheese industry event will bring together more than 1,200 cheesemakers, buyers, and influencers from around the world to network, sample products, and learn from one another.

ACS is seeking ideas to help shape a Conference program that engages, challenges, and educates industry members. Proposals should be geared toward cheesemakers, retailers, and other cheese professionals with particular focus on best practices, food safety and related research, improving products and processes, and HR trends. We are open to any and all topics, however, as they may also be incorporated into ACS programming via our year-round webinar series

If you have a vision for a session that you would like to see become a reality next year, now's the time to submit a proposal! All session proposals are due by September 22, 2016.

For a sample of sessions that have been offered at past ACS Conferences, view recordings from the 2016 Conference in Des Moines. All 2016 Conference attendees should have received an email with a username and password to access these session recordings at no cost. Those who did not attend the 2016 Conference may preview and/or purchase session recordings.

We look forward to hearing from you!
