Five locations of the Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market grocery chain are opening in the Sacramento area.
About 55 percent of the store's inventory features its own Fresh & Easy house brands, with an emphasis on ready-to-eat meals that can be whipped up in just a few minutes. There's even a microwave oven near the checkout stand in some stores in case folks need to heat and eat in a hurry.
