Ontario, California – Haliburton International Foods, Inc. recently announced its entry into the retail market as a manufacturer for private label brands with many newto- the-industry products for the freezer case and wall or service deli.

We are offering a full line of wall deli items such as salsas, hummus, dips and spreads. For the freezer case, we offer items such as fire roasted vegetable blends, sauce enrobed pasta entrees, globally inspired flavored rice and of course, our famous fire-grilled shrimp. These products are available in microwave single serve bags or in larger skillet meal formats. Look for these new products at the PLMA 2011 show.

Haliburton manufactures a line of restaurant quality, true Center-of-the-Plate Individually Quick Frozen fire roasted vegetables. Using a proprietary high-temperature fire roasting process followed by cryogenic freezing we are able to provide a roasted vegetable with the fresh flavor, vibrant color and firm texture of freshly roasted vegetables. The typical soft texture and washed out color of conventionally frozen vegetables is a thing of the past with our proprietary process, as is the telltale weeping or syneresis. Our vegetables perform brilliantly as a side dish, in salads, on top of pizzas, and as accompaniment to any entrée – and they can be certified Ready-to-Eat.
