Fresh Artisan Sausage line extension for exclusive Chestnut Valley brand.

  • Chestnut Valley Artisan Sausage brings seven fresh sausages to the Meat department.  Two new products enter the meat case in April: Italian Sausage and Hot Italian Sausage.
  • Chestnut Valley Charcuterie includes over a dozen dry cured sausages, pancettas  and coppa.               

WHOLE FOODS INTRODUCES AUX DELICES DES BOIS

Spice-Rubbed Bacons and Grilling Butters bring new and natural to the meat case.

  • Aux Délices des Bois Artisanal Spice-Rubbed Bacons are nitrate free, with four varieties – Herbes de Provence, Peppercorn/garlic, Southwest, and Farmhouse.
  • Aux Délices des Bois & Planet Barbecue Grilling Butters in collaboration with grilling expert Steven Raichlen. Includes black and white truffle butters, spicy barbecue, and herb.
