The vegan cheese sector has seen significant growth over recent months – and that 'surge' is set to continue, according to new market data research.
A report by Market Research Future, says non-dairy cheese has 'witnessed substantial innovation in terms of new product launches along with research and development and collaboration'.
It adds: "Also, the overall disposable income of the consumer is increasing over the past few years which in turn leads to a surge in sales of non-dairy cheese during the forecast period."
