Oxnard – Congresswoman Lois Capps toured two Oxnard flower growers Monday.
Capps visited Sun Valley Floral Farms and Sunshine Farms.
She discussed the importance they play in our economy.
California flower farms are shrinking due to federal trade policies, specifically those with Colombia under the Andean Trade Preferences Act.
