The results of the Penn State University Trials 2012 are in and Dahlinova Hypnotica® Lavender – with a total score 4.3 out of 5 – was recognized as Best of Species. The varieties in this trial were evaluated on flowering, foliage, uniformity and garden performance. With a total score 4.3 out of 5, this variety was crowned as Best of Species. The trials at Penn State took place between June and September. Dahlinova Hypnotica® had to cope with temperatures up to 100F and thunderstorms.
