FloraHolland – The ‘short lawsuit’ that Plantion had claimed against FloraHolland came to its end last week, with no need of the judge ruling.
The parties have agreed on the recent proposal of FloraHolland for a more balanced exemption policy, with a marginal modification, as a of the current collaboration agreement.
Both cooperatives are able now again to point at constructive collaboration, to serve the Dutch local market, while keeping the members’ interests.
