Fresh-cut flower supplier Sunshine Bouquet has signed a long-term lease, expanding to 95,000 square feet in the Miami-Dade County's Airport West submarket.
The new transaction takes the Miami International Distribution Center, at 2003 N.W. 70th Ave., to full occupancy.
Transwestern Senior VP Thomas Kresse, along with his partners, managing directors Watler Byrd and Ben Eisenberg, represented the landlord DCT Industrial Trust in the transaction.
