FloraHolland – The International Horti Fair and the FloraHolland Trade Fair Aalsmeer are going to unite from now on in a new fair combination which will still retain the separate, strong characteristic profiles of the two fairs.
Starting in 2013 the visitor will find the fairs running simultaneously and under one roof at FloraHolland in Aalsmeer.
This fair combination literally means that there's only one trade and fair floor in the Netherlands for everyone active in the national and international horticultural industry. In this way, the Horti Fair and the Trade Fair Aalsmeer offer an integrated solution to stand holders and visitors. Both fairs will keep their own clear profile so that visitors from out of the horticultural world of flowers, plants, vegetables and technology will be able to do business in a goal-oriented manner. For visitors the bundling under one roof particularly means one-stop shopping without losing valuable travel time.
For the run of the fair, the auction floor will be transformed into a professional fair location, one that really does justice to the powerful international position of the Netherlands in the horticultural business. In the coming months FloraHolland and the Horti Fair will give form to the joint fair combination.
The Horti Fair is the biggest international fair for producers of vegetables, fruit, flowers and plants in the areas of technology, innovation and inspiration.
The FloraHolland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer is an international trade fair for traders and producers of ornamental plants and flowers. More than 700 growers from the Netherlands and abroad will be presenting their wares and displaying new products or concepts to exporters, wholesalers, and their customers.
