Tips For This Year’s Thanksgiving Bouquets

Bloggers around the country are offering up their advice for Thanksgiving centerpieces that will have the whole family joining hands.

Huffington Post guest blogger Mark Kintzel suggests arranging a bouquet of fresh vegetables that can double as a snack once festivities wind down. For this, writes Kintzel, you'll need a few bouquets of mixed cut flowers, vegetables or fruits in complementing colors, and a unique container or vase of your choosing. Once you cut the stems to fit your vase, create a flower arrangement and then skewer the vegetables to add them to the arrangement (avoid dyed-green florist picks).

Other bloggers had a similar theme in mind as they suggested borrowing backyard elements from nature.
