Butcher & Packer Supply Co. Leaving Eastern Market For Madison Heights

The last butcher supply company will be moving from Detroit’s Eastern Market District.

Butcher & Packer Supply Co. has purchased a 34,000-square-foot facility in Madison Heights to consolidate out of the five buildings it currently uses in Detroit, said President Fritz Blohm.

He plans to sell the four Detroit buildings owned by the company and will leave the building that is currently leased. Three of the spaces are on Gratiot Avenue near the main address for the company at 1468 Gratiot Ave.
