SAN DIEGO, CA – Harvest Meat Company, Inc., a national distributor of protein products to retail and foodservice customers, today announced the acquisition of certain Randall Farms distribution assets from Randall Foods, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In connection with the acquisition, Harvest will assume operation of Randall's distribution center in Los Angeles.

Following the sale, Randall Foods will continue processing and marketing its value-added processed fresh meat products, including the company's Moist & Tender Chicken, Easy Does It Meal tray packs, marinated meat products and other gourmet lines.
