MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Some Kroger customers may find a surprise at the bottom of their receipt.
Kroger spokesperson Joe Bell says Kroger Plus members will see a refund of black angus beef purchased at some stores during the last 18 months.
He says the company discovered a labeling error and some stores received top choice beef that was labeled as black angus.
Bell says the company knows which stores received the products and the customers affected.
