La Cañada Flintridge Calif.: The Allen Lund Company, Atlanta Flatbed office continues to help with Mission Haiti efforts. ALC Flatbed paid to transport two 40' sea containers of lumber and nails to rebuild schools and churches destroyed by Hurricane Matthew. Transport was made from the Los Angeles area on January 13, 2017. Chris Clelland, Manager of the ALC Flatbed office stated, "The Allen Lund Company Flatbed office is proud to have provided assistance to Mission Haiti in the transportation of the containers that will help rebuild the churches and schools affected by Hurricane Matthew. We are so happy to have a part in this wonderful cause as we have for many years."
Karl Holtsnider, Mission Haiti Coordinator commented, "The lumber is going to be extremely valuable in Haiti to help rebuild after the devastating Hurricane Matthew. I can't thank you enough for all that you do for the poor of Haiti."
