Bob Estes Is Named Chief Information Officer Of Ready Pac Foods

Irwindale, Calif. – Ready Pac Foods, Inc. proudly announces the hiring of their new Chief Information Officer, Bob Estes. As the company’s CIO, Bob will lead all information systems and technology where his focus will be on transforming information accessibility and system integration. The CIO position is a critical contributor in achieving Ready Pac’s overall company goals through the advancement of their business systems and information flow.   He will report directly to Tony Sarsam, CEO.

With over 30 years’ experience, Bob bring a vast knowledge of the supply chain where he has delivered technology solutions tightly aligned with business strategy. Prior to Ready Pac, Bob spent the last 4 years at Nestlé USA where he served as Division CIO and was responsible for Information Systems and Technology supporting the Ice Cream, Pizza and DSD Divisions. Prior to Nestlé USA, Bob spent over 15 years at Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream where he held several key roles. First, he served as Application Group Manager in which he managed the Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Reporting and Customer Development Teams. Several years later he was then promoted to Chief Information Officer where he led the Information Systems function through tremendous growth and change. Bob has also held key positions in Information Systems at Marine Terminals Corp., Sr. Programmer/Analyst for the Port of San Francisco and Project Manager for The Cambridge Companies, Inc.

Bob is originally from Fort Bragg, CA and was raised in Sonoma County on a small family farm. He graduated from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA with a BA in Business Administration (Finance), and he currently lives in Danville, CA with his wife Kelly and their four children.
