New Business Model Leads Integrated Communications Agency To Rapid Success

ROSEVILLE, Calif. – Roseville-based AugustineIdeas has hired nearly 20 new staff members since the beginning of 2011, as the company continues to expand based on new service offerings and a new model. The new business model includes shopper marketing, digital media, social media, design, advertising, public relations and more. AugustineIdeas has thrived due to its unique services, allowing it to become the leader in shopper marketing, especially as it relates to the produce and retail industries.

Produce industry veteran Gary Caloroso joined the AugustineIdeas team as a vice president in April. He will help lead the team, cultivate new business and provide strategic counsel to help grow the integrated communications and marketing agency. Caloroso has more than 15 years of experience in public relations, crisis management and marketing specializing in food and retail. He is fluent in Spanish and will be based out of Tampa, Florida. His leadership will allow the firm to continue its concentration in the produce industry.

He joins a team of experienced produce marketers at AugustineIdeas. The firm has grown its foundation in the produce industry after purchasing ConsumerEffectsIntl in 2007.
