Formerly a senior financial analyst with Driscoll’s Strawberry Associates in Watsonville, CA, Mr. Mancera holds a Masters of Science in Agricultural Resource Economics from the University of California, at Davis; and a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Marketing, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
