Every year Christopher Ranch donates over two tons of fresh crop Monviso California Heirloom Garlic to be used in Gourmet Alley as well as the Cook off Stage and the Garlic Showdown. Don Christopher was one of the original founders of the Gilroy Garlic Festival in 1979. The Ranch has been actively involved in the Festival ever since providing garlic as well as volunteers to help run this fine event.
