Provident Produce Grocery Delivery Service Taking Customers In Eastern Idaho

POCATELLO — Locally grown apples, onions and homemade bread produced in the Gate City are some of the fresh items Provident Produce owner John Fisher is keeping tabs on currently.

The 22-year-old produce manager at Nel’s Bi-Lo Market at 333 N. 15th Ave. tacked on another title recently when he jump-started his own delivery service.

“Some people have to drive to Pocatello or Blackfoot to get their groceries,” Fisher said. “This service can save them the hassle of the drive and their time. Plus, they get the produce at half the retail price.”
