Bancroft, Wis; March 30, 2010 Effective March 22, Kevin Wright assumed the newly created position of Director of Sales Operations at RPE in Bancroft, Wis. Wrights duties will include oversight of day-to-day operations, including, transportation, logistics, customer service and vendor managed inventory programs and sourcing.
Wrights experience includes 20+ years with Supervalu in regional and national positions including time as a senior buyer in the west coast field buying office and as a merchandising manager at W. Newell. Most recently Wright held the position of Sourcing Manager on the Enterprise Merchandising Team for Supervalu Corporate.

When asked about the new position, Wright had this to say, Its refreshing to find suppliers like RPE that are progressive and use new ideas and technology to expand their business. After spending my entire career on the retail side of the desk, I viewed the opportunity with RPE as a chance to take on a new challenge and translate my retail sourcing skills on the supply side of the business.
Wright will be relocating to the Stevens Point area with his family later this spring. His hobbies include spending time with his family, playing golf and enjoying time at the lake and the ocean.
