IRVINE, Calif.– Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) today announced the acquisition of Pryority Food Marketing, Inc. (Pryority), a food brokerage company focused on meat, deli, specialty cheese, seafood, frozen and dairy clients and customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
