The open construction of the green epoxy coated wire shelves minimizes the amount of surface contact with stored items and promotes greater air circulation to speed up the drying process. Two styles available: 15 slots to accommodate deeper bakeware and thicker cutting boards and 35 slots for standard sheet pans, shallow pans, etc.
If dedicated space is an issue, Focus also offers an assortment of wire tray modules that can be set on top of existing shelves when drying function is required and removed when more storage space is essential. These tray modules can be combined and attached over the entire length of most standard wire shelves.
