Gainesville’s next upscale purveyor of organic food and progressive business policies, Whole Foods, will take its prominent spot in the redesigned Butler Town Center a bit later than first announced.
Originally scheduled to open this fall, Whole Foods will now open in spring 2018, sometime around May or June, said Mary Reichardt, Butler Enterprises’ corporate marketing director.
