Wine in grocery stores was a big winner in East Tennessee Tuesday night.
People in 80 Tennessee towns and counties voted Tuesday on whether they want the opportunity to buy wine in grocery stores.
The measure passed in all 22 municipalities in our area that had it on the ballot.
