Bristol Seafood Named Business Of The Year

PORTLAND, Maine  – Bristol Seafood will accept the Business of the Year award from the city of Portland on Thursday, November 30th.

Each year, the Portland Development Corporation presents awards to deserving companies and institutions. The awards include the business of the year, economic development achievement, small business of the year, and new business of the year.

This year’s other award recipients include Eimskip for the Economic Achievement Award, Think Tank Coworking for the Small Business of the Year, and Fork Food Lab for the New Business of the Year.

“We are honored to receive this award, and to share the stage with great Portland companies like Eimskip, Think Tank Coworking, and Fork Food Lab,” said Bristol’s President & CEO, Peter Handy. “Our neighbors at Eimksip, in particular, are a vital partner not just for Bristol but Portland at large. The work done by Managing Director Larus Isfeld and his team has been an instrumental part of our recent growth.”
