The new offering has been eviscerated with the claw and knuckle meat removed and placed inside the body cavity. Each half lobster is then individually vacuum packed and frozen to maintain it’s live ‘ocean-fresh’ taste and texture.

The elimination of live tanks or mortality losses means the product delivers improved profit.
