The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) published a Recommended Decision proposing to amend the inter-market transportation credits in the Appalachian and Southeast Federal milk marketing orders (FMMOs) and to establish distributing plant delivery credits in the Appalachian, Florida and Southeast FMMOs.
