FPAA Announces Exciting 2022 Spring Policy Summit Agenda

University of Arizona Publishes U.S. Cucumber Supply Report

The University of Arizona (UA), College of Agriculture & Life Sciences recently published a report about the supply trends for cucumbers in the U.S. The report was created Daniel Scheitrum, Assistant Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Arizona. The report explores various contributing factors to U.S. cucumber supply including, origins of product, pricing, variety, and trade. 

FPAA Celebrates Another Successful Year of the Nogales Produce Convention and Golf Tournament

The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA) celebrated its 52nd Nogales Produce Convention and Golf Tournament on November 4th -6th at the historic Tubac Golf Resort and Spa. This year, the event welcomed over 400 attendees, including produce industry members from California, Washington DC, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Mexico.

FPAA Welcomes New Board Members for Upcoming Term

The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA) held its annual meeting on November 4th, 2021. Attendees had the option of joining the meeting virtually through the Zoom platform or in-person at the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa. This year the FPAA hosted the meeting just prior to the start of the 52nd Nogales Produce Convention and Golf Tournament to celebrate FPAA members and elect a new board as the association headed into its convention.
