USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is updating and issuing a Federal Order designed to continue protecting the domestic pepper and tomato industry while safely deregulating tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV)-positive tomatoes and peppers for consumption.
