FMI Welcomes Judicial Stay on OSHA ETS

In response to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals’ stay on the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 vaccination and testing, FMI – The Food Industry Association President and CEO Leslie G. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS).  It will be published in the Federal Register tomorrow and go into immediate effect. ABA is still reviewing the ETS but wanted to provide members with information as quickly as possible.
