Don Pancho Authentic Mexican Foods, a division of Reser’s Fine Foods, will showcase its new product line-up at the 2018 International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) annual seminar and expo (booth #4517). Don Pancho will feature three new street tacos available (Flour, Yellow Corn, Golden Blend) and five new flavored wraps (Spinach & Kale, Sriracha, Hatch Green Chili, Tomato Basil, Ancient Grain).

Total Cheese In Cold Storage Hits Record-High For April

U.S. dairy farmers are expected to produce 218.7 billion pounds of milk this year. With total fluid milk sales in the first quarter of 2018 down nearly 2 percent compared to prior-year levels, more and more milk is finding its way into manufactured dairy products such as cheese. Cheese in cold storage totaled 1.35 billion pounds at the end of April 2018, the second-highest total on record since the series began in 1917 and the highest April total ever.

The Michigan Milk Producers Association recently honored Leprino Foods Co. with its Valued Partner Award for more than 30 years of continued collaboration. MMPA is a dairy farmer-owned cooperative and Leprino is a manufacturer of mozzarella cheese.
