Two Promoted At Sargento

PLYMOUTH, WIS. Kristi Jankowski and Rod Hogan have been promoted at Sargento
Foods, Inc.

Ms. Jankowski has been named senior vice-president of innovation where she will
be responsible for corporate-wide innovation strategy, prioritization, research
and other product development activities. Since joining Sargento in 1999, Ms.
Jankowski has held a variety of roles and responsibilities, including as
vice-president of research and development. Prior to Sargento, she was a senior
research scientist of product development with Kraft Foods.

Ms. Jankowski received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Hogan was promoted to vice-president of new business development, where he
will continue building upon past new business development successes as part of
the innovation team. Mr. Hogan joined Sargento in 1996 and has worked as a
senior product development scientist, director of natural cheese, and, most
recently, as senior director of new business development. Previous to Sargento,
he worked at Kraft Foods as a senior research scientist.
