Atlantic City's Ginsburg Bakery Moving To Camden County

A 112-year-old Atlantic City bakery is merging with another bakery and moving to Camden County, taking 159 jobs with it, according to a state Department of Labor and Workforce Development notice.

And the New Jersey Economic Development Authority is providing the merged wholesale bakery as much as $2 million per year to move 50 minutes away.

Ginsburg Bakery will close the 300 Tennessee Ave. facility in Atlantic City as part of a merger with the Baker Boys and the fresh direct store delivery line of Amoroso’s Baking Company, according to the labor department notice and documents from the Economic Development Authority, or EDA.
