Cybros The Sprouted Bakehouse is considering moving to a proposed 22,000-square-foot building in Menomonee Falls after a planned facility in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley fell through last fall.

The new Cybros Menomonee Falls facility is proposed for a vacant site at Westbrook Crossing and Main Street. The project would bring 29 employees initially, but the company could grow to 100 employees within three years, according to a Menomonee Falls staff report.
