New Pastry Chef Joins Dudley's Bakery As Company Expands Pastry Offerings & Distribution

Santa Ysabel – Dudley’s Bakery, Inc. today announced Monique Cronin has joined their team of highly motivated and talented employees. Monique is a recent graduate of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California – San Diego, and has years of commercial baking experience.

“We welcome Monique to our staff and look forward to her applying her talents on our current pastry product line and to introducing new items over the next few months”, said Barry Brunye, co-owner. “Monique will also be working closely with our bread bakers to ensure they utilize current standards while keeping true to our famous recipes”.

At Dudley’s, unique breads are the company’s top selling items, but a visit to this famous bakery also means an opportunity for one of their tasty pastry treats. A plethora of pastry choices are available, baked fresh daily, and prominently displayed in their numerous pastry cabinets. You can just hear them calling your name!
Generations of loyal customers have been buying Dudley products since first opening their doors in 1963, 49 years ago. Children, parents, grand-parents, and great grand-parents all have stories and fond memories of their visits to Dudley’s.
