Local bakery d:floured, which has been selling its gluten-free baked goods at local farmers markets, has expanded its sales to area grocery stores.
D:floured baked goods are now available at PCC Natural Markets in Fremont, Edmonds, Redmond and Kirkland and at the Central Co-op on Capitol Hill, the company said in a release.
“We’re delighted to be part of the co-op community! We firmly believe that local food drives a healthy local economy and co-ops are a huge part of that,” said d:floured co-owner Amanda Bedell.
