TASTE ME DO GOOD* pears and apples are grown using traditional methods that maximize nutrients in the soil – and therefore in the fruit as well – by working in harmony with the earth's cycles. First apple arrivals (in mid-April) include Galas, followed by Cripps, Granny Smith, and Red Delicious varieties.
