Italian Salad with the already expired Use-by Date of March 26 and a Product Code of H071A11A due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes. A Loveland man who has worked in the grocery industry for 30 years is striking out on his own with the creation of a downtown fresh-fruit shop. Robert Kast plans to open Fresh Cut Fruits at 528 N. Cleveland Ave. by May 1. He plans to sell 16- to 32-ounce cups, as well as 3-pound and 5-pound trays. The cups will contain a wide variety of bite-size chunks of fruits: watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, red and green grapes, as well as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. …
