Shanley Farms is now shipping Finger Limes.  Finger Limes are a micro citrus originally discovered growing in Australia.  They look like a long, skinny lime.  The interior is filled with citrus pearls (small individually contained juice vesicles) that pop in the mouth with citrus flavor when bitten into.  Finger Limes are great paired with seafood, sprinkled over salads, used to garnish cocktails, etc.  …
