Brakebush Bros. Inc. – Westfield, Wisconsin wishes to announce the acquisition of Trinity Valley Foods – Irving, Texas effective January 1, 2013. Brakebush, established in 1925, is a value-added further processor of chicken products. The Brakebush extensive offerings include fully cooked and ready-to-cook, breaded, unbreaded and marinated chicken products sold to the Foodservice and Industrial Segments. Trinity Valley Foods, established in 1990, is a further processor of raw, sized, marinated and ready-to-cook chicken products designed for National and Regional Restaurant Chains and further processors. The leadership teams of the combined businesses will work diligently to maximize our collective strengths.
Both companies are very enthusiastic about the considerable benefits this transaction brings to our respective companies and, even more so, our customers.
