Coach Farm Unveils Two New Fresh Goat Cheese Flavors & Packaging

Pine Plains, NY – Coach Farm is expanding its line of farm fresh goat cheese with the addition of two new flavors: Fig and Pear. These two new flavors will be unveiled in Coach Farm’s new vacuum packaging at the 2012 Winter Fancy Food Show.

“Coach Farm has been a wellknown brand in the Northeast for the past 25 years, but with the momentum of the artisanal cheese industry consumers on the West Coast have started to learn our name and want to purchase our products. However, we have struggled to share our fresh goat cheese products because of packaging limitations. Our new vacuum packaging not only extends the shelf life of our fresh goat cheese but also allows us to get our ‘As Fresh As it Gets’ goat cheese to the West Coast,” said Steven Margarites, President. “Additionally, we have been ‘product testing’ the new pear and fig flavors at local Hudson Valley farmers markets and have received rave reviews on the product. It’s exciting to bring this product to the national market”

Coach Farm’s entire line of fresh goat cheese will now be available in 4 oz. and 10.5 oz. packaging with distribution starting immediately. This includes its new fig and pear flavors in addition to its traditional dried herb offering.
